Program and Service information: LES-HRC offers a broad range of services that are open to all ages. Services include needle exchange, case management, acupuncture/holistic healing services, free condoms. Referrals could be provided for other organizations, such as shelters, soup kitchens, detox and medical treatment, methadone clinics, drug treatment, hepatitis testing and counseling, mobile medical van on Wednesday afternoon, support groups, mental health services, and HIV rapid testing.

Program and Service information: Streetwork is a youth drop-in center targeting homeless, street involved youth- ALL services are for 23 and under. Services include counseling, referrals, food, clothing, showers, survival supplies, mailing address, medical on certain days, acupuncture, benefits advocacy, individualized private syringe exchange and much more! Referrals to other social service programs and shelters are available. Safe Horizon’s Streetwork Projects is the only youth-specific needle exchange in NYC. Exchange is offered privately, with a counselor–not a group setting. Streetwork is a non judgmental, holistic, young person specific program.
